Kindness, High Jump and Agapanthus

It being half term, there was no session with the Super Sewter Dudes this week, but we did visit the Beech House Bakers, taking along the Extra Time Kit Bag, for a chat about football and other sports we enjoyed in our youth.

We learned that Pauline excelled at high jump and long jump, while others enjoyed the thrill of hockey, the mindfulness of yoga or the excitement of netball.

But trophies aren’t just for sporting achievements, and soon we were discovering the many talents possessed by the residents, from growing agapanthus to making soda bread.
