Printing workshop with Jac Cambell

This month, Friends Around the Table visited the Suffolk Chinese Family Welfare Association with artist Jac Campbell for a printing workshop using natural materials and a printing press.

The workshop allowed families to work together to create their own prints, experimenting with colour and the patterns and forms created by the plants when rolled through the printing press.

Families were able to learn a new technique and take part in each stage of the process creating artworks to take away.  We even discussed how to display the prints at home!

We were pleased to hear that new families had joined us for the session. Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to be creative together.
