*This session is fully booked. If you’d like to be added to the waiting list please contact Jen on jen@suffolkartlink.org.uk or call 07517 888 868.*

Suffolk Artlink will be offering 4 online creative sessions as part of a trial Online Creative Health Series.

Collage and Printing session will be led by Jac Campbell.

Signs of Spring block printing

Join artist Jac Campbell to make eye-catching block prints inspired by the change of seasons.
We’ll be using sticky back craft foam which is perfect for printing. We just cut out our printing shapes with scissors, make marks in the surface with a pencil, stick the pieces to a block and we’re ready to print.
We’ll be using water based ink pads for printing. The ink is washable but can be a little messy so perhaps cover your table and wear an apron.

Materials needed for the session
If you have any photos for inspiration bring them along but don’t worry if you don’t.
Ink pads, craft foam and blocks from your art pack
Pencil
Scissors
Crayons, coloured pencils or felt tips (not essential but might be fun)
Any plain paper with a matte surface, you’ll also find an assortment of coloured papers in the art pack.
Something to cover your table

These sessions are being trialled as an extension of the Curious Minds and Creative Boost programmes. The sessions are for people with long term chronic health conditions and Family Carers that are unable to attend face to face sessions.

Each session will be facilitated by a different professional artist with the aim of offering a relaxing, creative and social session aimed at supporting your overall wellbeing. All sessions will run on a Wednesday at 2pm. Ideally you woud attend all 4 in the creative series, although understand you may be unable to make a session at short notice. We will also be able to offer support for you to set up and access Zoom.
