Gabrielle grew up in Suffolk, it was whilst at university studying performing arts and dance she learnt of the term Community Dance. It was from that moment a passion for promoting health and wellbeing through working creatively commenced.

After graduating from the Community Dance course at Trinity Laban Gabrielle worked primarily in dance programming classes, projects and working as a Community Dance Artist.

Gabrielle first joined Suffolk Artlink in 2008 using her experience of working in hospitals to work on the Clown Round project, after a career break to raise her 3 children she is grateful to be back working on Suffolk Artlink’s Re>Charge programme in partnership with the Battery of Ideas, Lowestoft.

“I am always inspired by the breadth of creativity of the work of Suffolk Artlink, it’s such a privilege to witness how the work impacts so positively with the people we work with.”

Gabrielle loves nothing more than spending time with her family and being by the beach.
